The Origins of Piedra Naranja
It all began when Nadia and Carlitos (a Nutritionist and a Dentist) met at a paragliding course… They fell in love and decided to change the course of their lives.
They moved to this corner of the world next to Laguna Brava to develop a Sustainable Tourism project, aiming to share their passion for adventure and nature with travelers from around the globe, while preserving this precious place.
They chose the name ‘Piedra Naranja’ due to the presence of an orange lichen naturally growing on the rocks. These lichens serve as environmental indicators of good air quality.
Activities and Nature
At Piedra Naranja, there’s something special for everyone. Join our land expeditions such as trekking, mountain biking, rappelling, and zip-lining; dive into aquatic adventures with kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and windsurfing; or explore the skies with tandem paragliding.

Safety is our top priority. That’s why we meticulously plan each activity to ensure the well-being of our guests, tailoring our experiences to meet individual needs. Our goal is to make every stay enjoyable and filled with unforgettable memories.
Sustainability
As stewards of the environment, we invite all our visitors to embrace an eco-friendly connection with their surroundings. Our operation is 100% self-sustainable: we have two purification plants and utilize solar and wind energy. Stays include white linens: sheets and towels, along with cleaning services. To uphold our commitment to the environment, we do not provide daily replacement of sheets and towels and encourage responsible energy use.
